Please rest assured that the letters are pre-drilled.

・The product is handmade. Please note that there may be some variations depending on the product.

・Balloons are imported from overseas. All items have been inspected, but please note that there may be some scratches, creases, adhesive marks, etc. as they are imported from overseas.

・The confetti balloons are transparent, but when exposed to air, they begin to oxidize and become whitish. We recommend inflating just before displaying.

・The balloon contains fine confetti, so be careful not to put it in the mouth of small children.

・Be careful not to overinflate the balloon as it may burst. Also, since it often breaks when the tape is reapplied, it is recommended to apply the tape to the wall first, determine the position, and then attach the balloons on top of it.

・Please note that due to the nature of the balloon, bursting due to force majeure is not a defective product.

・Although all balloons have been inspected, in rare cases there may be small holes that cannot be seen until they are inflated. If there is a hole, please use the attached spare balloon. If there is more than one hole, we will send additional balloons, so please contact us.

・If the balloon is exposed to sunlight, it will deteriorate and break easily. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

・Riding on an inflated balloon or placing a heavy object on it may lead to an unexpected injury. Please do not do this as it is dangerous.

・Do not place the balloon near fire or heat sources.

・When installing on the wall, the wallpaper may come off due to the tape.
The dot stickers are pre-attached with tape that prevents the wallpaper from being damaged (There is no guarantee that the wallpaper will not be damaged, so please test it in an inconspicuous area before installing).
Please prepare a tape that does not damage the wallpaper, such as curing tape or masking tape.
(Adhesive tape is not included.)
